Maritza brings to coaching over twenty-seven years of experience in business, adding value in roles of business strategy, marketing & sales operations, communications and leadership development. She has worked with a diverse array of companies and industries, from startups and mid-size companies to multinationals and government, in over twenty countries. Having lived and worked in varied geographical and cultural contexts, Maritza is able to help clients develop new perspectives and innovative approaches to leadership.

Maritza holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance, an M.B.A in Marketing and professional coach certifications in resilient leadership, the neuroscience of change, the psychology of learning, leadership innovation, performance coaching and systemic team coaching. She services clients and delivers programs in the U.S., Latin America and Italy in English, Spanish and Italian.
